Our response time depends on your location within the Illawarra. From our Albion Park base, we can reach Shellharbour suburbs in approximately 10 minutes, Dapto in 12 minutes, Wollongong CBD in 15 minutes, Kiama in 20 minutes, and Northern Illawarra suburbs like Bulli and Thirroul in around 25 minutes. For emergencies involving active leaks or storm damage, we aim to be on-site within 2–4 hours during business hours. Same-day site visits are available for most enquiries received before midday.
Our phone lines are answered 7 days a week from 6am to 6pm. We schedule routine inspections and repairs Monday to Saturday. For genuine emergencies — active leaks, storm damage, or safety hazards — we provide after-hours and weekend emergency callout services. Weekend emergency work is subject to availability but we make every effort to attend urgent situations promptly regardless of the day.

No. We do not apply surcharges for same-day service during normal business hours. Our pricing is based on the scope of the repair work required, not on how quickly we arrive. After-hours emergency callouts on evenings, weekends, and public holidays may attract a callout fee to cover the additional costs of out-of-hours mobilisation, but this is always disclosed upfront before we dispatch a team.
